Assessment of Learning with Rubrics


To see an example of rubrics developed for a student project, read about Mrs. Gaines' language arts lesson at http://rubistar.4teachers.org/index.php?screen=Inspiration&module=Rubistar&inspiration_view=133. Read the instructions in the project description and then click on Rubric ID #403786 to see the rubric ( developed on the Rubistar website used by teachers to create custom rubrics ) for the Multimedia Project: Rappin' with Beowulf to view Mrs. Gaines' assessment instrument. Refer to the handout Table 2.2, and discuss the model that best applies Mrs. Gaines' lesson and assessment.
